When I first came here, they gave me a good deal on connecting my amp, power, and Pack module. I wasted 3 days, because they took other customers ahead of me. On the fourth day, finally started connecting my sounds but could not make it work and they didn’t honor what they told me the 1st time. Top it off, I think they damaged my new PAC MODULE!What a coincidence, that the 1st day I came, there was a defective amp they were installing, and now mine too. I can’t get any sound from my system. And they scratched the front of my JBL UNIT! I don’t know what to think of this place. They sound reasonable and good customer service, but something is not right when they change the price and say it going to take like 3 hours for a 1:30 hour job.

The people at Pacific Audio did an outstanding job fixing my electrical issues on my 2019 Roadglide. When I call them they was willing to see me without an appointment. Awesome!

These guys absolutely made my day. I could not be happier with the service in store. Everyone was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I went in with a list of everything I thought I needed, and turned out I was missing some critical things on that list. They recognized that and talked with me about my installation plan and got me everything I needed. By far the best customer service ive experienced period.

Wish you could select zero stars took my truck in to have an amp installed and tweeters put in and everything stop working recently so I took it to another shop to get looked at and got photos of the install these guys did. Work speaks for itself that this shop ripped me off and did a poor job lucky it didn’t burn my truck down. Tweeters were just shoved into the a piller not actually mounted to anything wires were just tapped together and amps not even mounted and cut up the factory harness.
